Due to maintenance work on the presses that print The Jamestown Sun, today’s edition was compiled earlier than usual.
Work on the Davon presses in West Fargo required printing today’s newspaper in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
Because of the 9:30 p.m. deadline Friday to complete the newspaper, Friday’s 2by2 and Mega Millions lottery numbers weren’t available for Saturday’s newspaper. They are included in today’s newspaper.
The maintenance work will also require earlier deadlines to complete the newspaper for the June 13 and June 15 editions.
