A road closure and a temporary water outage are planned Tuesday, Feb. 23, at 11th Avenue Southeast, between 11th Street and 13th Street Southeast, from noon until 5 p.m. in Jamestown. Utility work is planned.

Motorists will need to use alternate routes.
