NEW TOWN, N.D. (AP) -- The Three Affiliated Tribes election board has certified the results of the tribal primary.
The Minot Daily News reports that two-time former chairman Tex Hall received 530 votes and current chairman Marcus Levings got 416 votes in the Sept. 21 primary. The election was certified on Friday.
Hall and Levings advance to the tribe's general election slated for Nov. 4.
