William Staloch, 93, Jamestown, was driving a 2005 Chrysler minivan north in the 700 block of 2nd Avenue Southwest.
The police said Staloch went to make a left turn in front of Everson onto 7th Street Southwest, causing Everson to strike the vehicle Staloch was driving.
Staloch and Everson wore seat belts. Everson and Staloch said they were injured from the crash, but both drivers declined medical attention, police said.
