Lori Zimney, Marlene Wiest and David Zimney, owners of Two Rivers Printing in Jamestown, recently showed their support for the bus depot by donating $5,000 to Jamestown Bus Stop Inc.
“The bus depot needed these funds to finish the remodeling of a garage on the parking lot of First Congregational United Church of Christ, and we were happy to help them provide a bus depot for the Jamestown area,” Wiest said.
Jamestown Bus Stop President Charlie Kourajian thanked the owners of Two Rivers Printing for their generosity and commitment to making Jamestown a more friendly place for bus travelers. “The remodeled bus depot is a wonderful place for travelers to wait for the Jefferson (Lines) bus in safety and comfort,” Lori Zimney said. “We are proud to be a part of this project.”
The depot is manned by volunteers from the board of directors. If anyone is interested in serving on the board or helping man the depot, call Kourajian at (701) 320-3015 or 952-6566.
The bus depot is located at 119 2nd Ave. SE. The eastbound bus leaves daily at 10:10 a.m. and the westbound bus leaves daily at 2 p.m.
To confirm bus arrival times, call (701) 953-6566.
