UPDATE: I94 open from Bismarck to Fargo
Interstate 94 is now open from Fargo to Bismarck, according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
The DOT is advising travelers use caution as there are icy patches, some snow on the road and sluch in some areas.
In addition many two-lane highways in south central and eastern North Dakota remain blocked. The staff of Jamestown Regional Airport are continuing efforts to clear runways in anticipation of flights this afternoon.
Measurements taken at the North Dakota State Hospital indicate an additional 2 inches of snow fell Thursday bringing the storm total to 12 inches in the Jamestown area.
