For Grand Forks, the average high was 54.2 degrees and the average low was 28 degrees for an average daily mean of 41.1 degrees, which is 1.7 degrees cooler than average.

The highest Fargo reading was 73 degrees April 28, and the lowest was 17 degrees on the first and again on the 20th. In Grand Forks, the highest was 72 degrees on the 28th and the lowest was 17 degrees on the 20th. Fargo precipitation was 1.64 inches, most of which fell April 7-9. Grand Forks received 1.06 inches. April snow in Fargo was 2.0 inches, which brings the seasonal total to 28.8 inches. Grand Forks snow was 1.2 inches, bringing the winter total to 17.1 inches.
