Winter weather is making a late April appearance across parts of southern and eastern North Dakota this morning.
The travel information map issued by the North Dakota Department of Transportation shows roads in the Valley City and Barnes County area as ice covered. Roads in Dickey County are reported to have intermittent ice. Snow cover and ice is reported on roads in Cass County.
Dickey County has postponed the Severe Summer Weather Awareness siren test originally scheduled for today.
