BISMARCK (AP) -- A 42-year-old Bismarck woman has been accused of supplying drugs and alcohol to two teenage boys and having sex with one of them.
Ruth Taylor was charged Friday with 10 counts: four felony counts of giving them a medication that can treat seizure and panic disorders; two felony counts of corrupting minors; and four felony counts of supplying them with alcohol.
Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Buschena said Taylor provided drugs and alcohol to a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy this spring and twice had sex with the 17-year-old boy.
A Burleigh County jail spokesman said Taylor remained in custody on Saturday, pending $5,000 bail.
Case records don't yet list her attorney's name.
