Woman dies after crash that injured six in Minn.

WEST ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- A 26-year-old St. Paul woman has died from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash that injured six people in West St. Paul.

WEST ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- A 26-year-old St. Paul woman has died from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash that injured six people in West St. Paul.

The State Patrol identifies her as Leslie J. Garvia. She was one of two people thrown from one of the vehicles. She had head and abdominal injuries and died at Regions Hospital.

The crash happened when one car broadsided another at the intersection of Robert Street and Marie Avenue in West St. Paul around 9 p.m. Saturday.

Investigators say five people in one car drove out into Robert Street where another car broadsided them. The driver of the second car had minor injuries.

The other four people the vehicle with Garvia suffered various injuries, none of them life threatening.
