DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) -- A Dickinson woman accused of helping a man murder his wife has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

If a judge approves, Melissa Angerer, who also is known as Melissa Cady, will be sentenced to five years in prison. Judge H. Patrick Weir ordered a presentence investigation.

Angerer is accused of driving Jamie Osborn to the home of his estranged wife, Tracey, so he could kill her last August. Angerer then allegedly followed him to Dunn County, where he left Tracey Osborn's body, then drove him to Montana, where he killed himself. Angerer also is accused of disposing of evidence.

She entered Alford pleas, meaning she does not admit guilt but acknowledges there is enough evidence to convict her.
