1 death, 13 coronavirus cases reported in Stutman County on Tuesday

Stutsman County has had 81 deaths related to COVID-19 since the pandemic began.

One death and 13 cases of coronavirus were reported Tuesday in Stutsman County, according to information released from the North Dakota Department of Health.

The death occurred in a man in his 60s, the health department said, bringing the total deaths in Stutsman County related to COVID-19 to 81 since the pandemic began.

Stutsman County has 33 active cases of COVID-19; the state has 1,071. The state's daily positivity rate is 8.16%.

Two other deaths were also reported in North Dakota, a woman in her 60s from Cass County and a man in his 70s from Wash County. The total deaths in the state related to COVID-19 since the pandemic bean is 1,482.

Counties in the Jamestown region also reporting new coronavirus cases included Barnes, five, and Logan and McIntosh, three each.
