1 death, 13 positive tests reported in Stutsman County Wednesday

The North Dakota Department of Health reported 13 new positive tests for the coronavirus in Stutsman County Wednesday. The Department also reported the death of a man in his 70s in Stutsman County and a man in his 80s from Foster County.

The Stutsman County test results were based on 222 tests processed for a daily positivity rate of 5.94%

Area counties include five positive tests in Barnes and LaMoure counties, three in McIntosh County, two in Dickey and Kidder counties and one in Logan and Foster counties.

Across North Dakota, there were 486 positives results reported from 5,709 tests processed for a daily positivity rate of 9.24%

There are 301 people currently hospitalized in North Dakota with 44 in intensive care units.

The Department of Health reported 12 total deaths in North Dakota Wednesday from 11 counties. Ages ranged from in their 50s to in their 90s. The death toll for North Dakota now stands at 966 people since the start of the pandemic in March.
