3 deaths, 22 cases of coronavirus reported in Stutsman County

Stutsman County has 22 new cases of coronavirus and three deaths were reported, according to information released Sunday, Nov. 15, from the North Dakota Department of Health.

The deaths in Stutsman County occurred in three women, one in her 80s and two in their 90s.

Stutsman County has 465 active positive cases and a daily positivity rate of 15.07%. The state reported 935 new cases and a daily positivity rate of 12.54%. There are 11,124 active cases of COVID-19 in North Dakota.

The North Dakota Department of Health reported Sunday the state had a total of 10 deaths related to COVID-19. The other seven deaths were in people ranging in age from their 50s to 90s and included three in Grand Forks County and one each in Kidder, Mountrail, Ramsey and Walsh counties.

There have been 736 deaths in the state related to COVID-19 since the pandemic began.

Other counties in the Jamestown region reporting cases were Barnes, 10; Foster and LaMoure, four; each Dickey and Kidder, three each; and Eddy, one.
