Stutsman County has 50 new cases of coronavirus, according to information released Wednesday, Nov. 25, from the North Dakota Department of Health. The state reported a total of 1,096 new cases and a total of 8,615 active positive cases. Stutsman County has 367 active positive cases.
The North Dakota Department of Health also reported the state had six deaths related to COVID-19, including two from Cass and Ward counties, and one each from Richland and Wiliams counties. The deaths occurred in four men and two women ranging in age from their 50s to their 90s. There have been 887 deaths in the state related to COVID-19 since the pandemic began including 41 in Stutsman County.
Other counties in the Jamestown region reporting cases were Barnes, 14; LaMoure, 11; Foster, eight; Griggs, six; McIntosh, three; Dickey, two; and Logan and Kidder, one each.
The state's daily positivity rate is 12.31%; Stutsman County's is 9.21%.
