6 new COVID cases reported in Stutsman County Friday

The North Dakota Department of Health announced six new positive tests for the Coronavirus Friday in Stutsman County. There were six cases also reported in Barnes County, three in Logan County and one each in McIntosh, LaMoure and Eddy counties in the Jamestown area.

Across North Dakota, the department reported 154 positive results with a daily positivity rate of 4.1%.

There are currently 1,172 active cases in North Dakota with 41 people hospitalized. In Stutsman County there are 34 active cases.

The department reported the death of a woman in her 80s from Burleigh County and a woman in her 50s from Cass County. The two deaths raise the total for North Dakota to 1,486 people since the start of the pandemic.
