Stutsman County has 10 new cases of coronavirus, according to information released Thursday, April 29, from the North Dakota Department of Health. Stutsman County has 38 active cases of COVID-19.
The North Dakota Department of Health also reported the deaths of five men related to COVID-19. They ranged in age from 50s to 90s; two deaths were from Morton County and one each from Burleigh, Sargent and Sioux counties. The deaths bring the state total to 1,491 since the pandemic began.
Other counties in the Jamestown region reporting cases were Barnes, three; Logan, two, and Dickey and Eddy, one each. There were 146 positive cases reported statewide, a daily positivity rate of 4.14%, and there are 1,097 total active cases.
