Stutsman County has five new cases of coronavirus, according to information released Sunday, Dec. 20, from the North Dakota Department of Health. The county has 108 active positive cases.
The North Dakota Department of Health also reported the state had no deaths reported Sunday related to COVID-19. There have been 1,231 deaths in the state related to COVID-19 since the pandemic began including 70 in Stutsman County.
Other counties in the Jamestown region reporting new coronavirus cases were Barnes, Dickey, Foster and Griggs, two each, and Eddy and McIntosh, one each.
The Department of Health reported 257 new positive cases Sunday and a daily positivity rate of 4.91%. There are a total of 2,795 active positive cases in the state.
