CHI Health at Home in Valley City is hosting "Finding Hope: A Virtual Workshop on Navigating Grief and the Holidays". This workshop is for individuals and families who have lost a loved one and are anticipating the holiday season to be a difficult time.
The workshop provides specific tools and ideas to help individuals manage the holiday season. Participants will receive education about holiday grief, share about their loved one and make a memorial ornament. The workshop ends with a candlelighting service.
The workshop will be held virtually. Preregistration by Oct. 30 is required to receive Zoom link and password as well as workshop materials. CHI Health at Home is offering the following workshops:
Tuesday, Nov. 10, noon-1 p.m. CST
Thursday, Nov. 12, 7:30-8:30 p.m. CST
Sunday, Nov. 15, 5-6 p.m. CST
Wednesday, Nov. 18, 3-4 p.m. CST
