Diane Weber Bishop, 47, Gillette, Wyo., died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Gillette.
Diane Weber Bishop was born Jan. 4, 1962, the daughter of Helmunt and Patricia (Mathern) Weber. She grew up in the Jamestown area. She married Dennis "Ben" Kurtz in 1982. They lived in Huron, S.D. She worked as the senior secretary for the South Dakota State Fair for six years. After he died, she moved to Spearfish, S.D., in 1996. She worked as a senior secretary for Black Hills State University. She married James Todd "Dirty" Bishop. They moved to Gillette in 2006. She worked as a staffing specialist at Gillette Manpower, Gillette.
She is survived by two daughters, Karmen Roti, Gillette, and Sarah Kurtz, Belle Fourche, S.D.; a son, Justin Kurtz, Spearfish; her mother; two sisters; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both husbands and her father.
