FARGO, N.D. - Gary Schlagel, 72, Valley City, N.D., died Monday, Nov. 2, in Essentia Health.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at Lerud Mathias Funeral Home in Valley City. A funeral with full military honors will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Valley City. Masks are required. The funeral will be livestreamed on Lerud Mathias Funeral Home’s website. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery in Fingal, N.D.
