MANDAN, N.D. - Norman E. Miller, 80, Gackle, N.D., died Friday, July 16, in Vibra Hospital.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, July 22, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Gackle. A funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 23, at the church. Pastor Nathan Wicks will officiate.
