The Jamestown hands out these bravos this week:
- Bravo to Izetta Renee Roise, the first baby born in 2020 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center. Izetta was born Jan. 2, and her parents are Stephen and Hannah Roise of Kulm. Izetta weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces.
- Bravo to Jamestown Regional Medical Center, which was recently recognized with the 2019 ND Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Quality Excellence Award. The award was given by the American Heart Association and North Dakota Stroke Taskforce and recognizes the hospital’s commitment to ensuring stroke patients receive the most appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized, research-based guidelines based on the latest scientific evidence. JRMC earned the award by reporting data to the ND Stroke Program and demonstrating care excellence from January to December 2018.
- Bravo to Jamestown Regional Medical Center and The Village Business Institute for collaborating to provide three web-based counseling sessions for farmers and ranchers dealing with stress through the Agricultural Workforce Assistance program. The free service is available for farmers/ranchers in Stutsman, Foster, LaMoure, Logan, Barnes, Eddy, Griggs, Kidder and Wells counties.
