Since the North Dakota Legislature passed a bill to give dairy farmers grants and supportive legislation, maybe they should create a bill that creates and supports lower-cost dental insurance for the citizens of North Dakota.
The dairy farmers do not represent the citizens of North Dakota.
I am sure the legislature and governor do not want North Dakota known as "the British Teeth State."
