Special thanks to 11 young men and Coach Bill Nelson of the Blue Jays football team for removing carpet from Stutsman County Library as part of the library renovations. The players were energetic, enthusiastic and efficient as they ripped carpet and hauled it out of the building. Every player was busy until the work was complete.
These young men are a credit to themselves, their families, their school and our community. Volunteer service is a central focus of Coach Nelson, so helping the library is only a small part of the football team’s impact on our community. The library is grateful for their service. ~ Joe Rector, Director, James River Valley Library System
