GRAND FORKS -- Grafton relies on its defense. It’s been in shutdown mode in some games this year. But this time was different.
Local law enforcement has received four reports of "aggressive" callers demanding a ransom for the victim's child or grandchild, who the callers claim to have kidnapped. If residents receive such a phone call, Grafton Police Chief Anthony Dumas urged residents to remain calm.
