Several members of the Jamestown High School gymnastics team were named to the 2020 All-WDA team released Tuesday afternoon.

The Blue Jays earned second-place team honors at the State meet held in Dickinson Feb. 28-29. Junior Rachel Schiele and sophomore Haley Nelson were named to the WDA team along with first-time recognizee Julia Skari. The trio was also joined by freshman Emma Hillerud.

Schiele was crowned state beam champion and earned a fifth-place spot in the all-around. Nelson swung to an individual title on bars and finished second in a close race for the all-around. Skari finished with sixth-place finishes on vault, floor and bars while Hillerud took 10th on vault and tied for ninth on balance beam.
