The Jamestown High School boys tennis team served up a victory on the road Tuesday evening. The Jays topped Mandan in a 5-4 battle.

The teams were evenly matched in the singles bracket with each team coming away with three wins. Gage Orr earned a three-set win at spot No. 2 while Kaden Schmidt (No. 3) and Mason Lunzman (No. 5) captured singles bracket victories.

Two more wins in the doubles matches secured the win for the Jays. Ryder Pringle and Gage Orr bested Mandan's No. 1 pair in a 6-3, 2-6, 6-2 match. Schmidt and Lunzman earned the match-winner besting Mandan's Hatzenbuhler/Arenz duo 6-4, 7-5.

The Jays will travel to Bismarck High on Thursday. The dual is scheduled to begin at 4:15 p.m.
