Jamestown High School football coach Bill Cahill is stepping down as head coach after leading the Blue Jays for 14 seasons, according to Jamestown Public Schools Superintendant Bob Toso.
Cahill led Harvey to three straight state-championship game appearances prior to taking over at JHS in 1998.
