Nathan Christiuk of Dufrost, Man., has signed a Dakota Athletic Conference letter of intent to attend Jamestown College and play baseball.
Christiuk hit .314 in 59 at bats with 11 RBIs in the Manitoba Junior Baseball League this past season and is currently on the same summer team as current Jimmie Tim Penner.
"We are very happy that Nathan has chosen to be a Jimmie. He's an outstanding student-athlete and a first-class individual," JC coach Tom Hager said. "We are really looking forward to adding him to our baseball program."
He is the son of Ray and Karen Christiuk.
