The Loboes' Landon Piehl buried three 3-pointers and led 10 Loboes in scoring with 12 points en route to a 50-36 victory for the home team. The Warbirds' Preston Bohnenstingl also nailed a trio of 3-pointers and led all scorers with 15.
LLM improved to 2-0 and will play at Lisbon on Saturday. The Warbirds dropped to 1-1.

Carrington girls basketball is off to a 2-0 start after defeating Griggs-Midkota 72-47 Thursday night in Carrington.
The Titans' 6-foot-2 junior forward Jenna Larson broke loose for 21 points, but Carrington built a 24-8 lead after the opening eight minutes and stayed in command.
The Cardinals were led offensively by senior forward Hannah Hagel's 18 points. Carrington hosts sixth-ranked Four Winds/Minnewaukan on Monday, while Griggs-Midkota (1-1) is at Hope Friday (Dec. 18) to face the 0-1 Spartans.
