JAMESTOWN — The University of Jamestown was anticipating continuing its season on Saturday, Nov. 12 in the Dakota Wesleyan University Open. However, the weather has forced the men’s wrestling team to pull out of the event.
The Jimmies were coming off the Jimmie Open on Nov. 5, in which they had two grapplers win their respective weight classes. 157-pound wrestler Kaena De Santos won his bracket and 285-pound wrestler Chance Robinson finished in his first in his bracket, with a win over teammate Matthew Lessard in the first-place match.

The Jimmies will now return to the mats at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, when they host Briar Cliff University.
