Edgeley's Beau Diegel drove in Nic Moser in the bottom of the ninth, scoring the game's only run and handing LaMoure its first sectional loss of the season as Post 19 fell 1-0 in Edgeley on Thursday.
It was all pitching up to that point. Edgeley's Michael Heinrich tossed all nine innings, striking out 12 LaMoure batters and walking 8 to earn the one hit, shutout victory.
LaMoure's only hit was recorded by Brett Hample who went 1-for-4 at the plate.
LaMoure ace Gaige Dunn tossed 7 shutout innings, also striking out 12, before reliever Zach Stemen gave up a double to Moser in the ninth, setting up Diegel's game-winning RBI. Diegel notched 2 of Edgeley's 4 hits in the game.
LaMoure dropped to 7-3 overall with the loss, and 4-1 in sectional play.
