The Jamestown High School football team suffered a heartbreaker in Fargo Friday evening and as a result, the team lost some steam in the fourth release of the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA) media polls.

Jamestown still maintains the top spot in the Class A division but only picked up 13.5 first-place votes this week. At 4-1, the Jays have earned 73.5 points. Bismarck St. Mary's got the No. 2 placement with 61.5 points. The Saints picked up 1.5 first-place votes.

Bismarck Century is still riding the undefeated train. The Patriots are 5-0 and lead the Class AA standings with 11 first-place votes. West Fargo Sheyenne took four first-place votes this week.
