Emily St. Aubin's stranglehold on the Class B girls golf state tournament continued Tuesday at Crossroads Golf Club in Carrington.

Going for a fourth consecutive individual championship, the South Border sophomore leads the field after 18 holes by six strokes at 4-over-par 76. Tioga's Asha Valliere, Kindred's Avery Bartels and Heart River's Katie Keator are currently tied in second at 10 over with one round to play.

St. Aubin, Bartels, Valliere and Linton-HMB's Syd Blue (11 over) tee off Wednesday's final round at 11:08 a.m. The morning's first flight gets underway at 9.

Kindred leads Linton-HMB by three strokes in the team standings at 349. Heart River is the defending state champion. Kindred has won six state titles, including three in a row from 2004-2005.
