Despite a 45-0 loss to Bismarck Century Friday night, the Jamestown High School football team still received votes in the latest Class AAA football media ranking released Monday. The Blue Jays (4-1) and Fargo Shanley (4-2) are the only two teams to receive votes this week.
Century topped the poll for the seventh consecutive week improving to 5-0 in the West Region standings. The Pats received 12 of 19 first-place votes while West Fargo Sheyenne (5-0) received four. Bismarck High, also 5-0, sits in spot No. 3 with 67 points and three first-place votes.
Bismarck St. Mary's, the only remaining undefeated Class AA team, racked up all 19 votes this week.
