Molly Musland poured in 30 of the Loboes' 60 points in a 60-41 victory over the Raiders. LLM got rolling after the half, outscoring the visitors 24-6 heading into the final eight minutes.

The Loboes are scheduled to play fourth-ranked Linton/HMB on Jan. 5 at 7:30 p.m. in LaMoure. The Lions (1-0) are first slated to host No. 1-ranked Kindred and Beach on Dec. 29 and Dec. 30.

Knights slip past Cards

Carrington boys basketball suffered a two-point setback hosting Dakota Prairie on Tuesday.

The visiting Knights edged out a 53-51 victory aver trailing by two. Lucas Hendrickson led five Cardinals in scoring with 15 points, while the Knights received 16 each from Garrett Syverson and Cade Stein.

The Cards are scheduled to play Medina/Pingree-Buchanan on Dec. 30 at Pingree.
