Schauer's hat trick lifts Grand Forks
Abigail Schauer's hat trick helped the Grand Forks girls hockey team to a 12-2 win over Jamestown.
The KnightRiders jumped out to a 5-0 lead after one, running away with the victory. Grand Forks goalie Quinn Kuntz stopped seven shots in the win.
Jamestown received a goal and an assist from Sydney Soulis. Haley Schnaidt also scored. Goalie Erin Anderson had 34 saves.
The Blue Jays host Mandan tonight.

JHS JV competes in Valley City
The Jamestown JV wrestling team had a handful of placers at the Valley City Holiday JV Invite on Saturday.
Chris Erickson (126) and Dillon Hassel (152) each placed second, while Jonathan Browning (126) was third.
