Jimmie women's soccer wins in S.D.

Cassandra Diaz's tally in the 85th minute lifted the University of Jamestown women's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over Viterbo University, Wisconsin, on Sunday (March 28) at the Presentation College dome in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

The match was an exhibition for Viterbo but simultaneously moved Jamestown to 11-7 on the season. The Jimmies will open Great Plains Athletic Conference postseason play this Saturday at Hastings College beginning at 1 p.m.
