Wednesday night was a good night at Jimmie Turf Field, as both the University of Jamestown women's and men's soccer teams defeated Mount Marty University.
Briana Perry put the UJ women on the board in the 38th minute and Jamestown native Peyton Rudnick sent the ball sailing past Mount Marty’s Jamie Tebben after halftime, earning the first goal of her sophomore season.

Ruben Zepeda kept the men's game from going into overtime, converting a penalty kick in the 78th minute to secure the win. It was the senior's sixth goal of the season, putting him within one of tying his career-high.
