Blue Jays Roundup: Softball takes it to Watford City Saturday

Watford City's bats couldn't hold up against some fierce pitching coming from the Blue Jays Saturday afternoon.

Jamestown defeated the Wolves 20-0 and 17-0 to cap off their perfect 4-0 road weekend. The Blue Jays defeated Williston 15-0 and 12-2 on Friday evening.

The Jays are now a perfect 4-0 in conference play and are 4-2 overall.

Katie Falk pitched the Jays to victory in game No. 1 before turning the gear over to Makenna Nold in game No. 2. The two Blue Jay pitchers both picked up the win on the mound.

Final pitching and game stats were not available when the Jamestown Sun went to press.

The Blue Jays are set to open up its home schedule on Tuesday against Bismarck Century. The conference, doubleheader is slated to begin at 4:30 p.m.
