Blue Jays Roundup: Wrestling drops to Dickinson

The Jamestown High School wrestling team competed against Dickinson on Jan. 13.

The Jamestown High School wrestling team was a measly three points shy of catching Dickinson Thursday night.

The Blue Jays will be on the road again on Thursday at Bismarck St. Mary's. The conference dual is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Preston Gall kicked things off for the Jays with a 3-2 decision over Wyatt Raines. The two teams duked it out across the 13 other weight classes with Jamestown securing wins in six of the brackets.

Colton Mewes, Jackson Walters, Aden Braun, Sam Schlepuetz forced falls on their opponents, notching 24 of the Jays' 33 points.

Malakai Robinson and Grady Anderson were the other two Blue Jays to get the W.
