Twenty-two players have been recently named the 2021 all-WDA baseball team, representing nine schools. WDA regular-season champion Dickinson led all teams with five selections. Minot High had four; Bismarck Legacy and Mandan had three; Bismarck High and Bismarck Century had two each. Bismarck St. Mary’s, Jamestown and Williston each had one player named.
Jacoby Nold was the lone senior named to the all-conference team for the Blue Jays. The Jays finished the season at 5-13 in the WDA and 8-16 overall.

Olson named All-WDA
Phoebe Olson became the fifth-ever Blue Jay to place at the Class A girls tennis state tournament on Saturday.
The Jamestown High School junior took fifth place in the singles tournament. Prior to placing at state Olson received third-place honors at the WDA tournament.
Fifteen players were recently named to the 2021 all-WDA team, representing seven schools in the conference. All-conference recognition is based on a top-five finish in either the West Region singles or doubles tournament.
WDA regular season and West Region Tournament champion Mandan led all teams with four players earn the honor. Bismarck Century was next with three. Bismarck Legacy, Minot and Williston each had two. Dickinson and Jamestown had one.

Harty, players honored by WDA
Breanna Oettle, Haley Nelson and Sara Sletto were named to the 2021 all-WDA team after completing the 2021 soccer season at the state tournament in Grand Forks last weekend.
The Jays' head coach, Brandi Harty, was also named West Region Coach of the Year. Kylie Osborn of Mandan picked up the Senior Athlete of the Year honors.

Jays recognized in softball
Jamestown's Jenna Fischer, Katie Falk and Ella Roaldson were named WDA all-conference in softball.
