L-L-M girls open at No. 2
LaMoure-Litchville-Marion (1-0) opened up second in the Class B state media poll, announced on Monday night.
The Loboes, who return most of their team from last year's third-place finish at state, received six first-place votes, garnering 141 total points.
Dickinson Trinity was No. 1 in the poll, receiving six first-place votes for 143 points. North Star and Thompson each received a pair of first-place votes.
Kidder County was also represented in the poll, entering at No. 9. The Pirates (2-0) received 32 points.

Region 3 had a third team in Carrington that was mentioned. The Cardinals (2-0) received votes.
