Two Jamestown College wrestlers placed at the Warren Williamson/Daktronics Open on Saturday in Brookings, S.D.

Heavyweight Aaron Field, ranked 12th in the NAIA, advanced to the semifinals and finished fourth.

The junior from Pelican Rapids, Minn., defeated Damon Lappe 9-2 in the opening round and decisioned Andrew Harmoney of Sioux Falls 5-2 to reach the semifinals. He lost a 12-3 major decision to Jared Little of Northern State and fell 7-4 to Augustana's Lance Peters in the third-place match.

Patrick Nord, a freshman from Enderlin, finished sixth at 165 pounds.

Nord lost 10-3 to Minnesota State-Mankato's Tel Todd in the first round. Nord came back with a 6:09 pin of Weston Gunther, a 3:58 pin of Jordan Engen of North Dakota State, and a 6:05 pin of Breckin Coffey of Iowa Central to reach the fifth-place match. Juan Vega of Iowa Central outscored Nord 17-11 for fifth.

The Jimmies host Regina (Sask.) for a dual on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Hansen Center.
