UJ's DeMars tabbed NAIA honorable mention All-American

University of Jamestown women's basketball sophomore guard Hannah DeMars was selected as an NAIA honorable mention All-American on Thursday.

University of Jamestown women's basketball sophomore guard Hannah DeMars was selected as an NAIA honorable mention All-American on Thursday.

The native of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, averaged 17.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per game for the Jimmies, who finished the season with a record of 15-11. Demars was a first-team Great Plains Athletic Conference selection and was second in the GPAC in points per game and fourth in rebounds per game.

Earlier this week DeMars was an honorable mention All-American selection by the Women's Basketball Coaches of America.
