Levi Shawn Guthmiller, 24, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant, according to Jamestown Police Officer Logan Hord. Guthmiller was wanted by the state of Minnesota on an arrest warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance and fleeing/eluding a police officer.
